I have registered for an event and got the approval e-mail. However, I cannot see the event in the ‘Upcoming Events’ section in the MyWhoosh app. How do I fix this?

Please make sure that you have followed all the below steps:

  • Ensure you have received a confirmation email from our side stating you have been approved for the event.
  • Ensure you are using the latest version of MyWhoosh on one of our recommended devices. Once you have ensured this, please close the app fully and relaunch it once again.
